Mexican-American literary feminist.

I’ve worked in the publishing industry for a very long time and served in many different positions. Graphic artist, typesetter, bindery person, photographer and editor. Today, I write full-time. I’m an artist and tinker.

I try to follow the philosophy of Ray Bradbury: “If you don’t like it, don’t do it,” but following that means I make life choices not everyone can live with.

I have an Associate’s degree in communications and an almost BA in English (creative writing) from University of Iowa and am always looking for new opportunities, ideas and projects.

I also love bicycling, the outdoors, coffee shops, bookstores and good conversation.
